Thanks for your advice, Dreamer - I now have a habit app, its called HabitBull (and eats Battery as a Bull!) which reminds me ten times a day to do a reality check. I will insert the calming in this process! Good to know about your sleep pattern. I just found out that I dream a lot when I am asleep in the afternoon (which is also during working time - sounds weird, I know!). Tomorrow I try to realise during this sleeping time (I have never done that before - why haven't I had this great idea until now? )...

Yeah, you are absolutely correct about it. As long as you are in contact with the material, you need to dream once in a while of it, don't you? I also have the book from LaBerge next to my bed, therefore I read in it a few minutes before going to bed. But I couldn't get up after some hours to go back to sleep later yet. That is so hard!
