      What's the most interesting thing on DV?

      Hello everyone, "Dr. X" here. I'm new to this forum, so I thought I should start by asking for advice: What are the most interesting things on DV, and how can I find them?

      Hi Dr. X--welcome to DV!. I think it depends on what you are interested in. If you are looking for information on lucid dreaming, I would check out the on-topic forums: General Lucid Discussion, WILD, etc. If you are more interested in other pursuits, the off-topic forums are fun and diverting. We also have an IRC. Good luck!

      I really enjoy reading threads in the various forums mentioned by threecat. If you want to learn more about people's personal experiences with dreaming, you might want to check out some dream journal entries. They can be quite interesting as well

      I have heard that Hyu's dream journal is exceptionally interesting to read and quite informative:

      You could also check out the tasks of the month, members post links to their dreams there and they are usually pretty interesting:

      Most of the current Dream Guides post their dreams too, you can see who they are here.

      Dream guide wiki :
      DG - Dream Guide - Lucid Dreaming - Dream Views
      The current Dream Guide staff members are all quite skilled lucid dreamers, that was why I recommended their dream journals.


      I don't know if a lot of members are into Shambhala Buddhism, but I think that mindfulness meditation is recommended fairly often as a way to improve mindfulness/awareness. Awareness is a very helpful practice for lucid dreaming.
