      Talking Hello everyone!

Hi everyone! I'm new around here and just wanted to say hi. I've only had 4-5 lucid dreams all pretty short and not doing much in them.

I'm mainly trying to focus on MILD stuff (not really making much progress though ;_; ).
My main goal is to try to have LDs daily and try to practice for something (like for a math test ).

I hope to be active on here and do my best.

      That's all, thanks for reading!

      Welcome, InsaneTacoCat!

      That's an interesting dream goal!
I love practicing life skills in my lucid dreams, like trying things I'm not confident enough to do in waking life and confronting fears.

There are lots of different ways of practicing MILD, so if you stick with one routine for a while and find that it doesn't yield results, you can change it up by trying a new mantra or awareness technique, using different reality checks, etc. to see what works for you. Make sure you give each technique a good chance though, because they all take repetition and practice to have consistent effects.

It's awesome that you've already had some lucid dreams, that's a great start!
Are you keeping a dream journal already?

Hope to see you around more!

Thanks for the tips . I'm keeping a dream journal, it's hard to write it down immediately as soon as i wake up and write all the little details, but i'll get there
