Hello i am a new member and i would like to introduce my self. I am a 22 years old boy from Greece and i am very interested in lucid dreaming.I learned about the practice of lucid dreaming 2 years ago and i was socked. Then i immediately started reading about this stuff and began practicing with some good results for about one month of practice. As i remember i had a couple of DEILDs and a single DILD. All of them was quite short(DEILDs: less than one minute, DILD: i had woken up after an RC).Then i suddenly stopped practicing and one of the reasons was one of those DEILDS.It is kind of funny but its a true story, well the first one was great, actually it was an OOBE and i had a great controll in flying and do things like pass throught walls and between the floors. But the second one was a disaster because as i entered SP i realised that i was not comfortable with my position and i was trapped there for some time feeling my physical body in this position without been able to move. After i was anxious when i was trying to do it and this kept me from focus to my goal. I then tried to exercise for some weeks and then quit.. Anyway now i began practicing three weeks ago, most of the time DILD with WBTB with no results but i am optimistic.! Can anyone suggest me any lessons here in dreamviews? |

"...what we experience is our model of reality, not reality itself. Perception is dreaming constrained by sensory input. So it’s a constrained dream, whereas dreaming is perception free of constraint. What exactly is the difference experientially between the dream and waking state? And you see, it’s the same stuff. It’s all illusion! "Stephen LaBerge
