Now to the questions at hand. Basically in my experience I often have most of my dream recall from my morning dreams. My usual routine is to have two alarms to wake up on, separated by about 15 minutes. I do this because for some reason my body seems more rested if I allow it to awake slowly. Anyway, as I said I have a lot of my dreams during the morning hours including the short time before I finally get up for the day for good. Is this considered WILD or is this my imagination as I fall asleep or just simply more dreams? I hope that all made sense. * *

Finally, any tips for having dreams in general, rule of thumb of going to bed on a set time daily go for dreams too? What about evening diet?

      Enough rambling. *
It's not WILD...The best thing you can do with regard to that is read the tutorial, and you'll see that it's very different from what you are doing.

WILD Tutorial<That's the tutorial for WILDing, if you wanted to try it.
You are more likely to remember 'morning' dreams, because that's when your REM cycle is longest. REM is when you dream.
Tips for dreams in general: A night time routine is a must. Try and go to bed the same time every night, get up the same time every morning. Try not to eat a big heavy meal last thing at night, a small snack is okay.
Also, try to avoid stress in your daily life, if you are worrying about something, before you go to sleep, this can inhibit recall.
I usually write in a diary before i go to sleep, so that my head is clear.
Late nights. They don't help either.
Hope this is beneficial to you!
