I've known that LD exist for a long time but never actually got into it. Simply by the fact that it seems doped ( at the time )
However I constantly sleep bad, Wake up many times and nothing have helped me. So I decided to give the meditation a try.
So far it's been kind of weird, yet exiting enough for be to continue reading and trying it.

I join this forum to get more help about understanding and helping me understand my own body more.
