      Another new dreamer

      Hi everybody,
I'm Korittke, 18, from Germany. I came across lucid dreaming about 2 months ago, when I was reading up on hypnosis and somebody mentioned it. Unfortunately I haven't had an LD yet but I think I'm on my way. I had many dreams that were on the verge to lucidity... Dreams in which I RC'ed, dreams in which I thought I was lucid or thought I was in some kind of "life-simulator", dreams in which I talked about lucidity with dream characters, but up to now, it just didn't work. I had one semi-lucid dream but I didn't really get to do anything because I was driving a Porsche at incredible speeds while at the same time kissing a girl and trying to close the car door, so I wouldn't fall out.
Other than that I'm interested in psychology in general and I'm scientifically aswell as spiritually oriented. I think that it's actually a very good idea to combine them both.

I was on the LD4All forums but I have to say, they suck. I'm hoping the best here, from the overall impression it seems much more professional and friendly in here.

      Have a nice day>

      Hi Korittke,

      Welcome!

I think DV is much more organized than LD4All. The administrative staff really makes a difference!

I don't want to hear about the brain from someone that doesn't have one.
Nor do I want to hear about evolution from someone that hasn't evolved.

Welcome to DV, Kori LD4ALL definately has a different flavor and is merely for a different kind of person. I'm glad that there are different options but I hope that you will enjoy your stay here! Let us know if you need anything.

LD4ALL is a great, friendly place...but Dream Views is certainly different. We are quite a bit smaller and therefore more personal in my opinion. It's nicer because you can more easily recognize faces (or rather avatars) and make friends quickly.

      So, welcome to the forum!

      Ciao,
      -nina
