      Joining the club !

      Hello friends.

      I am exploring different states of consciousness and this had led to me wishing to learn lucid dreaming.

      im housebound due to chronic pain and a serious ilness which has left me with plenty of time on my hands.

      I would like to learn lucid dreaming and Astral projection because my reality really sucks right now and i need an escape .

      Id also like to tap into my subconscious and reorganize some things to facilitate physical healing. The mind can heal the body just like the placebo effect.

      Hey, welcome to the cool club, dmtbloke! Sorry to hear about your chronic pain.

      Take a look around the forum for different induction methods for lucid dreaming and find one that you would like to try out. There's plenty around. I don't know much about astral projecting, but you can find threads about it in the Beyond Dreaming forum.

      There actually might be a real opportunity to heal yourself in LD and other altered states of mind. Good luck exploring that!
