First lucid dream 3 months ago...nothing since

Well the day I achieved lucid dreaming I had 2 cups of coffee before hitting the hay. I was reading about lucid dreaming articles online right before sleeping, so you can imagine I was pretty hyped. Anyway, I was able to enter the dream world. I didn't just realize I was dreaming, I actually saw myself ENTER the dream world. I guess what led to that was the fact that I kept my body intact, I'm assuming the coffee prevented me from actually falling asleep. I was so excited in my dream, I walked through doors just to make sure I was dreaming. Anyway, never mind the dream, the method is what matters. I would maybe link this to the WILD method...not sure though. I haven't been able to reach a lucid state since.

My aim is to learn more about lucid dreaming. So I can make sleeping fun again

I probably wouldn't be able to get into a dream if I drank coffee lol

Neither do I generally–though my lucid dream was short, most probably caused by the caffeine kicking in. Unfortunately since that first occurrence I haven't been able to have another.
