Glad to Be Here Hope I Can Contribute

Hey my name is john im a pretty experienced lucid dreamer i have a lucid dream about every night actually. Lately i have been searching for the answer to life and im finding that the way we percieve reality is pretty vague from what we actually think. I have some strange views on some things but there mostly positive. Hope i can contribute and help people out here.

Great that you found the site Jvanvick95

Cool that you have LD's every night - have you always had them or did you train at some point?

      See you around

Well I have always had very vivid dreams since I was a kid and when I was about 16 I started really getting fascinated by them and I tried to make it a point to realize I was dreaming so I guess I kinda trained myself and then it just got easier and easier for me to tell I was dreaming. Sometimes I become lucid though and continue along with my dream and Interact with the people in them trying to convince them I am dreaming kinda like riddling thoughts around with my subconscious i usally over come some underlying mental blocks this way. I call that like semi lucid though.

Sounds good I like your thinking - I got some Lucids through out my life but as of a year ago started working on it. I find it very satisfying and liberating to be lucid and knowing myself more

I have started being able to have some propper chats with some DC's now - do you think talking about dreaming with them can help more lucidity then? From your experience

Ya know for me I think it has but at the same time everyone's different. With the few friends I keep in reality I like talking about philosophy with them so I find myself having deep conversations with my dream characters as well. I would say if you find yourself lucid give it a go spark up a conversation about dimensions or be like "hey check out what I can do" haha since you are a creator in your dreams. Actually you are a creator in our reality too it's just harder to aknowledge that here in our 3 dimensional world. We experience our reality through the 5 senses "smell sight taste feel and sound" but in a dream you are taking in a lot more and in a obe you are experiencing reality through even less filters maybe even none at all. I see our world were in now as a dream in a sense you can change your life if you believe you can its just much harder... think about how in a non lucid dream you can't change things untill you realize you can. The same applies to our lives were living now. Deep stuff

Cool stuff you can have good philosophic convos here at DV's too as there are lots of deep thinkers here...like you say - it's a deep subject ...and such a a fun one too! You could start a sticky with your particular view in mind and folk will join in - just a thought

I Come in with a very inquiring mind, always been so ...the conversation's I had recently with DC's were very cool and felt so satisfying speaking about stuff that's important to me. I am very much enjoying that part of my life now - hard to explain but it's just amazing ...

If you want to share more about how you managed your WL practice inorder to get so many Lucids I am happy to hear all about it

Oh yes seeing our WL as we see our dream is very fascinating and I do get it and have longing to live like that - with this view - it's a work in progress
