      The Return of the Dreamer

      Hello everyone!

My name is Feral. I'm a male from Denmark at the prime age of twenty. I recently started to gain interest in lucid dreaming again. Around two years ago, I tried to LD a lot, but I wasn't at the point in life where I actually had the luxury to sleep 8 hours a night. Since then I've grown as a person, and I feel like returning is something I could benefit from. I love to dream and I love to experience my mind. I think what failed me last time was that I was very negligent.

      I've currently had 1 FA, 0 SP, ~6-7-ish LD's, and 1 OBE.

Hobbies include martial arts, enjoying life, physiotherapy and a good amount of laughter. You are allowed to ask me if you want to know something about me. I'm happy to see you all.

Welcome to Dreamviews! I know what you mean about the negligence thing I went through the same thing the last two years. Let's get back into it together! I'm sure you will find getting that 8 hours of sleep will make a big difference.

You say you are a martial artist. What type of martial arts do you study? I practice karate but that is another area I have been negligent on recently.

Thank you MadMonkey. I will be trying my hardest, and now DJ's seems to be easier than ever with softwares developed especially for that!

I study Taekwondo in Denmark. In Denmark it has kept its roots and is still more traditional than the watered down systems and styles that you see in the United States. I live on a small island, so our dojo/dojang is rather secluded, and that is probably why we've kept the old traditions and discipline with us
You should return to karate. I'm sure it'll keep teaching you about the discipline necessary to achieve your goals!

Ya most martial arts in California atleast are "mcdojos". I practice Shotokan karate which is a lot more traditional than what you will find in most places. I tested for my black belt with one of the last students of Shotokan's founder. He is the only one who can approve black belts in my federation. It looks like there are quite a few Shotokan dojos in Denmark. If you get the chance you should check it out. I think I will return to karate after I get out of college which is just one more semester.

I will sure do sometime, although Moo Duk Kwan Taekwondo has roots in Shotokan Karate so the amount of diversity in each schools is very little. The koreans drew great inspiration from their karate masters back during the Japanese occupation
