Hi, everyone. :) Just thought I'd introduce myself. I started trying to LD several years ago mostly to deal with nightmares, had a fair amount of success, but then just sort of stopped doing it. Unfortunately the nightmares are back, so I'm giving it a go again - I'd really like to either be able to avoid nightmares and LD instead, or realise when I'm in a nightmare and become lucid/control things. |

Thanks for the welcome, nice to meet you! Yeah, definitely my first goal is just being able to realise when I'm in a nightmare. A lot of them seem to be about being trapped, either literally trapped in a small space or stuck in a situation with no escape, so if I can start to figure out that I'm dreaming then hopefully I'll be able to provide my own way out of there. |
