I have always been afraid of writing in forums so I mainly visit as a lurker but I guess it's time to change that(hey everyone!). I'm an on-and-off practitioner of lucid dreaming since 2013 but I wish to get back to my old "prime"(when I actually had some LDs, well about 3 or so).
My name is Pontus, I live in southern Sweden and I'm 21 years old. Dreams, sleep and all of that matter has been very fascinating to me since I was very young, and I used to fight off nightmares by using different techniques at a very young age. But I had no idea what lucid dreaming was back then.
I hope to learn more about the beautiful world that is lucid dreaming in this forum and hopefully I can share my own experiences and maybe help someone else
