Hello and some help needed.

Hello! At the moment I am not very interested in attaining lucid dreams. I was a few years back but it got stale quickly since there was a bit too much effort needed for no results. Though I might get back to this if I have more time. But that's not why I joined. I'd really appreciate if someone could direct me to where I could make a post to discuss what levels of CEV (or something else) I am experiencing. Only yesterday did I finally find this term to slap on at least half of what I'm seeing. I've always been curious about this and I am taking a guess that there could be people in these forums who'd have fun in helping me. Or should I just post all of that here in this post? Thank you.
