3 question from a starter in Lucid dreaming

Hello, and thanks for accepting me, this is my first post in this forum
i have 3 questions that bothered me ever since i heard of lucid dreaming
1- if i get stuck or get false awakening, how do i force myself out of sleep into reality? i don't want to experience limbo and being stuck there like in the movie inception
2- regarding the benefits of lucid dream, I heard they range from spiritual to physical, helping you achieve inner peace or beat your phobias, my question is not to find away to beat my phobia, but to increase my focus and my ability to memorize and learn, as i study computers and try to learn as much as i can on software and hardware engineering, the bad thing is i have very poor focus, i try to read some books and articles i download but after few minutes i just quit reading them for no reason and lose interest, even so lose what i learned, will there be a way if i managed to lucid dream to increase my ability to memorize and focus and force myself to learn and find it more enjoyable?
3-will i be able to lucid dream? i heard the ability to lucid dream is very rare and almost impossible and only few people can do it, is that so? or is it like a muscle that you grow by practice and working it out and developing it? is it true anyone can lucid dream

      these are my main questions
      thanks for your time.

      Welcome to the forum!

      1) If you have a false awakening, you'll still wake up when you normally wake up. There's no way to "get stuck" in a lucid dream - that's just one of the many things Inception gets wrong about lucid dreaming.

      2) I can't say I have any personal experience with intentionally improving my focus in lucid dreaming. But considering how lucid practice is all about improving your awareness, I'd say just being lucid naturally improves your focus.

      3) I honestly believe everyone can lucid dream. Though the ability to naturally lucid dream without any practice is somewhat rare, being able to teach yourself to lucid dream itself is universally possible - the only requirement for you to have lucid dreams is that you have regular dreams, since lucidity is just realizing you're dreaming while you're dreaming.
