      So you have stumbled upon the term lucid dreaming? Sounds odd doesn't it? Everyone knows what dreaming is. And you may or may not know what the word 'lucid' means. Lucid basically means that you are aware; put the two together and... "You are aware that you are dreaming while you are dreaming" is how most people put it.

      Bah! That sounds impossible you might say. But no... It is not... Tons of people lucid dream and some do it accidentally and some have lucid dreams their entire lives and it has been scientifically proven! Here are some introductory videos for you...

      BUT WAIT... Are you still skeptical? Or are you alarmed that it may be evil? It is very true that many cultures have considered lucid dreams and regular dreams to be portals to the spirit world and other spiritual things and it is true that lucid dreams and out of body experiences are connected but the thing is if you personally believe that such things are wrong and/or satanic/evil; I have GOOD NEWS for you! You DO NOT need to attempt these things! You don't even need to think about such things if it is not your goal.
      (And a note: If you do partake in things such as OBE's and Dream Yoga and other spiritual things PLEASE do not take offense in the following.)

      OBE's and Spiritual Dream like things have not been scientifically proven, therefore we are not even sure such things exist but lucid dreams HAVE been scientifically proven and a man named "Stephen LaBerge" has contributed much to the proof of existence of Lucid Dreams.       It's right about the DJ, and it may have been exaggerating, but the dream spinning was good too. However pinching yourself is NOT a good RC. There were other things, but that was probably the biggest. Sorry to be a killjoy, but like I said in another thread, Youtube is a poor medium when it comes to Lucid Dreaming.

      Aside from my critiquing of YT, this thread is, to put it plainly, pointless and misleading. It's not a starter kit of any kind. It just a bunch of YT vids put together in a bundle, two of which have been seen by many here countless times, and one with misinformation. To be honest I was 2 clicks away from deleting this and reporting you for advertising because of the thread title alone.

      Because a lot of people can feel pain in a dream, so it would be like "Oh it hurts, I'm not dreaming" then you would continue to follow the pink flying 10 star hotel.

      Actually I am putting this together for people new to it like as a "copy/paste the link of the thread to a friend for an introduction to LD's" it's also made for some of my friends

      EDIT: Oh and Snowy Egypt sorry this was really not meant to be an advertising thread of any kind I swear! And that was the point actually some a package of lucid dream videos along with some text to introduce new people to lucid dreams. I meant to have it (like I said above) something you could show your friends lucid dreaming without sounding insane. I love dreamviews and I am no troll.

      then the title was poorly worded. Maybe a title change is in order. as to not mislead others...
