      Hey guys SoL here. I've been lurking on this site for quite awhile and decided to make it official. I've tried different techniques, but have lacked a certain consistency, so I'm going to start fresh and take it slow. My goal is to make this a lifestyle of living lucidly and deliberately and hopefully lucid dreaming becomes a successful byproduct. I'm thinking about starting with the traditional WILD because it seems the most straightforward and easiest to monitor I guess, from my understanding.
      Either way great to be here, hope to meet a bunch of new people, if you ever just wanna chat hmu.

      Sounds like a plan, about lucid lifestyle. But if I may, I would recommend starting with a DILD. Not because it's easier, but because it will teach you things that you will also need for a WILD. But, by all means, start with a WILD and see how it goes. Just saying, that if that doesn't work the way you imagined, don't get discouraged. Just post again and we will help you.
