      Wake-Back-to-Bed Method

      Hi dreamfriends

      i have a q about the Wake-Back-to-Bed Method

      Can someone explain this method? , i mean why do you have to be fully awake? i thought is was easyer to slip into your dream again when you are still a bit foggy headed?

      The idea is that you want your mind to stay alert when your body goes back to sleep. That's why it can be good to have something with a little caffiene (not too much) during the time you are awake.

      I've found this method to work very well, especially when combined with MILD.

      There should be a tutorial in the tutorial section. I've tried WBTB and it didn't really work for me, though.

      Works for me...i tend to use it when my recall has taken a slide, and i need to re-acquaint myself with my best REM phase, which is between five and seven am...it used to be between two and four, but i have no idea why it's changed...
