Thread: Hiyas.

Hi.. Im starberry.
I have a little bit of experience with lucid dreams, as in I have had them before..
but I dont know how to induce them..
Ive done guided meditation with a group and we saw the same things.

What Im wondering right now is if lucid dreams happen more when you lie on your back?
I had a terribly frightening sleep paralysis dream happen and I stopped sleeping on my back because I sensed that it wouldnt happen to me again if I slept on my back.
Ive been sleeping on my sides and my stomach for years now and it feels nearly impossible to fall asleep on my back now.
