Hello all thanks for your welcome on this forum. I first meditated in 2001 and practiced intensively zen from 2009 to 2017.
I tried obe in 2004 or 2005 but only could incubate dreams about it. After all that is maybe better for I could have been much afraid at the time.
In 2001 I filled a thick dream journal for one year which resulted in many dreams to write each day and finally a vivid nightmare that made me interrupt nighttime practice for 16 years.
I started again in august 2017.
I read my first book about lucid dream for the autumn and had my 4 first practice induced lucid dreams since November.
I attempt this practice in the perspective of dream yoga rather than simple lucid dream.
I am very enthusiastic about the correlation between effort and result.
