      Hey Skarina! Welcome to DV!
You've definitely found the right place!

Good to hear you want to work on your recall. It's an important thing to improve, if one wishes to get on the road to dream mastery.
When I work on my recall, what I do is; When I wake up, I stay still and keep my eyes shut, and think back to my dreams. I allow memories to flood back as much as possible, before getting up and then writing them down. It's surprising just how many extra memories can come back when you lay still first.
(If you find it too easy to fall back asleep when doing that, you can sit up and close your eyes while thinking back to the dreams)

      Hey, slash112!
Thank you so much for the welcome!

Oh! Thank you so much for the help! I'll definitely try to stay still, and just lie there and think back, to see if that helps me with my dream recall Just having that extra time before getting up and moving should definitely help
(And perfect! I'll see which method will work best for me ~ Either lying down or sitting up )
