      Interesting WILD Effect

      I have tried WILD only once, and it didn't work. But something wierd happened. I was laying there, becoming less concious and all of the sudden I heard my name called. This has happened before. Whenever I'm close to falling asleep during the day I hear my name, like somebody wispering it into my ear loudly. MATT! I then snap out of it. Is this a sign that I'm entering a dream, or am I just a freak?

      It is the start of hypnogoic immergry and sounds. If you focus on the sounds, you will start to hear mroe and see mroe, then you will enter itno a nice WILD Keep up the good work, your more than halfway there on a WILD.
