Welcome, DixonHill! It sounds like your pretty well motivated. And you are right that sticking with one technique to really develop a sense for it and its potential with you can be a very good thing. I decided to stick with MILD for a while, and it has so far been a success. Doing some daily reading and prospective memory training can be good ways to keep your goal in focus. If you haven't already ready Stephen Laberge's Exploring the World of Lucid Dreaming, that can be a good resource that a lot of LDers use for MILD, relaxation for sleep, prospective memory training, etc. Best of luck with your one-year goal! |
