      Hello to all

      I'm pretty new to lucid dreaming. Heard about it on the radio and remembered at least one lucid dream I once had (a very long time ago, the only thing I now remember is that I realized I was dreaming). The radio had Tim Post as a guest speaker and I bought his book (in Dutch, "Droom Meester") to learn about lucid dreaming. I started with a dream diary one month ago and have since had 2 semi-lucid dreams and 3 lucid dream that were pretty short as I didn't keep myself engaged enough with the dream (or so I suspect...).

      I look forward to roaming this place and chatting with you all.

      Welcome to Dreamviews, mcla! You're doing very well so far to have had multiple lucids. There is a lot of great information to find in the forums here. If there's one other book to recommend for lucid dreaming it would be Stephen Laberge's Exploring the World of Lucid Dreaming. Best of luck on your lucid journey.

      Welcome mcla. I second Laberge's book. It's pretty much the only guide you need other than the support of like minded people on DV.

      Many thanks for the welcome and the book recommendation. Is the book “Exploring the world of...” the same as his book that is just titled “Lucid Dreaming”? The former seems hard to get over here.

      I'm pretty sure you can find the PDF online if you look hard enough.
