“The sleep is still in my eyes
The dream is still in my head
I heave a sigh and sadly smile
And lie a while in bed
I wish that it might come to pass
Not fade like all my dreams” —Rush
Ok, I figured out if I do the reality checks every 30 minutes, I will become accustomed to it and I will also do this in my dreams, one question.. how long does it usually take till I am used to reality checks so that I will in my dreams? |

Well... I have nothing to say.
The time it takes for it tobecome habbit is different for everybody. For some people, it works on the first night. For others it takes them maby a month. It shouldnt take too long, just keep doing it and soon you will find yoruslef in a dream |
