      Hello fellow dreamers!

      Hey! My internet name is Merp and I'm completely new to forums and this site! I've been learning about lucid dreaming and dreams in general on and off for about 5 years. My end goal is to become a lucid dreaming master but I suck at staying consistent xD hopefully this is different and I can stay for longer than a week. I'm currently trying to fix my sleep schedule, I say as it is 4am, and attempting to lucid dream using a reverse psychology method? Anyway I think that's all I can share for now, feel free to ask any questions! Happy to meet new friends and have chats with other dreamers!

      Enjoy your stay! I am like you, short attention span but love of lucid dreaming lol. I always end up back here as well, though, which speaks to the worth of this place. Not as lively as it used to be, but still a great source of information and knowledge on the subject.

      Hi, welcome to the forums.

      Sleep schedule is definitely an important piece of lucid dreaming. Regardless of what time you go to sleep, the most important thing is to have consistency. Have you tried the WBTB method?

      Also, some things to check out: Tasks of the Month, Tasks of the Year, & Lucid Dreaming Book Club.

      Hey humble! I'm also trying to use reality checks again and meditate to improve my awareness. Also noob question: what's the difference between reply and reply with a quote?

      I think my sleep schedule will get better after I start classes again xD and yes I've tried the WBTB method but I end up immediately falling asleep after turning off my alarm
