You still have some doubts about your ability to control things. Get rid of those doubts and you will have complete control. You have to fully believe and expect that something will happen before it does. It may not be easy, but nothing that good ever is.
“The sleep is still in my eyes
The dream is still in my head
I heave a sigh and sadly smile
And lie a while in bed
I wish that it might come to pass
Not fade like all my dreams” —Rush

      Hey & welcome!
You might want to get rid of the 'I am 14' part, b/c the rules say that you have to be 15 in order to join..

Think f creative ways of getting around your mental blocks. E.g. Dont try to fly, find a jetback around the corner or somewhwere. I read it on a different site, cant remember which.

Welcome on board! One way to build belief in your abilities is to use a crutch for a little while.

My favorite is pretending I am a Jedi Master. When I am having difficulty controlling things, I will use the 'Force'.

True, I look funny waving my hand, but it works!

If you don't see something changing, it's easier to change it. For example, when I summoned an object for the first time last month, I did it by passing my hands over the area where the thing was to be created. I didn't actually see the object appear, but when my hands had passed the spot, it was there. And last night when I first had good success passing through walls, I had my eyes closed for the first time I did so.

I'm not sure if closing your eyes will help you, because it could also end the dream or lucidity. It doesn't for me, but I've heard it does for some people...

At any rate, when you do something, picture it happening, expect it to happen, and it will. Basically, you're not really controlling what's around you: You're controlling your own mind. When you can control your thoughts, you can control your dreams.

Additionally: Easier said than done. It takes practice.
