Thread: Why Hello There

Hello!

I'm DrSamWise (the brave ;) ) and I've been looking around for some solid resources for lucid dreaming. I only just heard about it about a week ago and really all I've done is start a dream journal, attempting ADA a bunch of times a day, and tried using the SSILD technique for lucid dream induction. I have had no success sadly.

I am really hoping to restart the learning process to fully understand the various techniques and when to use what and how to have success with lucid dreaming. I'm looking forward to learning and continuing this journey.

I'll take all the help I can get, and from what I've seen, this forum looks like a great place to start. I am excited to begin revising and improving upon my current regimen.
