      Hello all...

      Me is new here. I had a day off of school, and was websurfing, and found this website, and it looks really nice. I have never experianced a lucid dream. I do keep a dream journal, and try to record everything i remember. The problem is I very rarely remember any details from the dream (the last dream that i remembered pretty vividly was about 2 weeks ago, and before that it was about 2 months) ussually. it's like i wake up,and dont remember anything, then i somehow have a 'flash' of something that happened, or an emotion from the dream, but a second later i dont remember a thing.

      Hi! Welcome!

      A little tip for what works for me:
      When I wake up, I usually too only remember a small bit.
      I start thinking about it, and I build on that, and start remembering other things, retracing my steps trough the dream and then I can remember pretty much everything from it.

      that's not bad. you just have to start recalling instantly after you wake up. whatever you remember, no matter how blunt or small it may seem, write it down. later on during the day, something may trigger a memory and you may remember a part of a dream you didn't write down at first. write that down to. just keep that up, and soon you should be recording whole dreams...best of luck.

      Yeah, look at me. I just remembered something because someone mentioned spinning.

      I was lucid again but freaking forgot it! Damn' the early times I have to get up in order not to be too late for school!
