      Hi

I dont normally make threads about myself, but oh well.

Hello everyone, my name is 980. The only reason it is 980 is because I could not think of anything else. I am new to lucid dreaming. I can recall well umm, up to the last few days no dreams a night. But now I can at least recall one a night. I have only ever had one lucid dream and it was about 5 seconds long. In that dream I could not see a thing.

Anyway I had that lucid dream by randomly thinking I could not see I must be blind, oh wait this is a dream, then I think I woke up.

I found this site by serching on google.

Here is a few questions that I have about lucid dreaming.

      1) Quite a few of my dreams are third person instead of first is this normal?

      2) Is it like this when lucid dreaming?

      3) Is there a way to see first person in dreams all or most the time?

      Thanks for reading

First up; hey and welcome to Dreamviews!

      1) Quite a few of my dreams are third person instead of first is this normal?

Aye yes, it's perfectly normal. Som pople just have third person dreams. Noting to worry about.

      2) Is it like this when lucid dreaming?

Only if you want it to be, same aplies to it being in first person.

      3) Is there a way to see first person in dreams all or most the time?

Well lucid dreaming is probably the best way to go to help with that.

Thanks for all the info. . Just last night I had two dreams, when I was trying to recall. They were both first person

One last question that I have is, when using the MILD way to go lucid instead of saying to yourself "I am going to dream" etc, can you record it and listen to it as a tape as you go to sleep.

      Thanks again

I never thought of that... you should experiment with that and see if it works. Different techniques work for different people.

Welcome and hope you enjoy! 8)

There is no scientific proof of Shared Dreaming. I don't believe in it at all. Then again I don't even believe in God. Unless something can be proven, or mostly proven then it should be disreguarded. But its up to you

hi 980. I talked to you in the chatroom don't know if you remember.

Generally, set out more to discover things for yourself about it, rather than focusing on disregarding things that your not sure about. concerntrate on what is true, and what is false being of little importance to focus on. And you will discover these things out with your experience and search this way as you go, if you are honest to yourself about it.
