Well, i tried it, and it helped, but it did now work. What happened, was i was able to sustain the almost sleeping state indefinitely, but now matter how hard i tried, i could not fall asleep.
I did fall asleep my normal method, however, and i had a pretty interesting dream (however, it was not lucid.) It was a recurring dream, one of the few i actually remember having before. Maybe ill post my dream journal later, with it in it. I started this morning keeping track of dreams.
Are there any other methods i can try? I still found it hard to maintain focus on the colors inside my eyes, and often found my mind slightly wandering. I kept it in check though.
