      Waking from a dream...

I have no idea if this can be done by other people, but when I am dreaming I can wake up on command, I havnt done it in awhile because there was no need to, but the way i do it would be to close my eyes while dreaming very tightly, then open them really wide, when i open them wide i transition from the dream to my ceiling very fast. I discovered this when i was about 12. I had a month long hiatus of constant nightmares, after A month of these nightmares I tried to wake up by opening my eye, and t worked....

I am sorry for my ignorance, this might sound very stupid, but I just dont know!

you could use this to your advantage as a reality check or realizing you are dreaming, in theory anyway..

Oh I did the same exact thing was I was a little kid! Its like opening your real life set of keys, like having your eyes opened, BTU then open on top of the dream.. You know what I mean i think I have heard of anyone else doing that natural in a while

Waking myself up was the first thing I ever did in a lucid dream. Actually I did it twice in a row. Years ago... a bit of a waste really :]
