Yes it's okay to keep asking questions (this doesn't really apply to you, but try to make sure your questions aren't answered obviously in the tutorials like "what's a dreamsign, etc." you don't have to look through all the tutorials though because many lucid dreaming questions are personal). Anyways, I don't really think it means anything. You seem to say this like it hasn't happened to you before, so it's probably because you've got more "in touch" with your dream world, so it's getting more realistic. I don't think it means anything, it's just that it was a realistic dream.

Depends. Sometimes, like Eric said, it's just because it was a very vivid, realistic dream. There's nothing unusual about it. I guess other times it could just be that you were cold or hot suddenly in real life, and that transferred itself into your dream. Again, it wouldn't be really unusual for that to happen, either.

      It means you have aids.

Not really =D I don't think it has any meaning (as most things in dreams do) But it's kind of cool that you feel hot/cold in dreams, I never felt anything like that.

Unless you are on fire in a dream, it's nothing but fun anyways =)

I think your body just reacts to whatever you dream about.. hot, cold, pain, stimulations and so on. I dreamed once that i got drugged in my dream by someone then the rest of the dream i was just stumbling around. It actually felt like I was drugged... maybe your brain just gets lost in the dream and thinks its reality and so you feel it as if it is reality.. or maybe I am just blabing cause this is more fun than doing my work..LMAO!!!
