Hey Allen. I had the same problem when I was in my final year of school. It takes a while to get back into the swing of things. What I would recomend is to keep a journal, even if you are only remembering fragments of dreams. Also if you have time do as many WBTB (wake back to bed) sleeps as you can. After you go to sleep for the second time dreams should be much easier to remember and recall. Hope this helps. George |
