FOR THE LAST FEW MONTHS I HAVE BEEN TRYING TO HAVE LUCID DREAMS. I CAN REMEMBER ALL MY DREAMS EVERY NIGHTS, A GOOD 2 OR 3 OF THEM AND I ALWAYS WAKE UP GETTING MAD THAT I DONT REALIZE IM DREAMING. BUT THE WIERDEST THING HAPPENED THE OTHER NIGHT WHEN I TRIED TO GO TO SLEEP. I HAD BEEN OUT ALL NIGHT PARTYING WITH MY BUDDIES AND WHEN I GOT HOME I WAS REALLY TIRED. SOMETIMES WHEN I TRY TO GO TO BED I CAUGHT MYSELF FALLING ASLEEP. I REALIZE IM FALLING ASLEEP WHEN EVERYTHING GOES BLACK AND I WAKE UP REAL FAST LIKE NOTHING HAPPENED BUT THIS TIME WAS DIFFERENT. I FELT MY BODY STARTING TO FALL ALSEEP AND THIS VOICE IN MY HEAD SCREAMED OUT " YOUR DREAMING" AND IT SCARED ME SO I TRIED TO JOLT MYSELF TO WAKE UP BUT WHEN I DID I WENT INTO SLEEP PARALISIS, IT DIDNT REALLY SCARE ME WHICH I SUPRISED ME CUZ IM A PRETTY NERVOUS PERSON AND LIKE I SAID ABOVE I EVEN GET SCARED WHEN I CATCH MYSELF FALLING ASLEEP, SO MY QUESTION IS HOW DO I MAKE MYSELF REALIZE IM DREAM AFTER I ACTUALLY FALL ASLEEP RATHER THAN WHEN IM FALLING ** ASLEEP??
