      SP and HI

Ok, i'm keeping a dream diary and doing reality checks now. Last night I tried to WILD 3 times. First time when I was going to bed at around 11pm, second time I tried when woke up at around 3am, I then tried again at about 6am after I woke.

At 11pm something happened which has happened three times before. I think i'm entering some kind of SP when my body seems to sink and I feel massive tingle travel my body. After this feeling my heart rate seems to increase maybe because i'm excited or shocked at the feeling. Because of this I don't get any more feeling and it seems like i'm back at square one.

When I tried to WILD at around 3am I did not get a tingle sensation but I saw some weird colours, like spotlights of different colours going on and off very slowly at different intervals. This sound like the HI most people experience?

      Thanks

Just give it another go sometimes and try your best to ignore any excitement or anything, I think it's recommended to focus on your breathing cause that's the one thing that you can control and not break out of sleep paralysis.

Also note that by not moving any limbs you prevent the tingling form being there that much. It's expecially important to keep your eyes closed all the time as if you open them when in Sleep Paralysis they itch like hell after.

And since your a male, ignore any changes down there, anything that happens there is just a change of blood flow you won't explode in the middle of the night or anything like that.

      Thanks for the reply Dagget!

I tried WILDing again last night and the same thing happened again, where a tingly wave goes through my body. This time though, after the 'wave' my eyes went crazy. I mean as in so shakey and crazy I couldn't possibly move them in that way if a conciously wanted too. There was also a weird clicky sound going from a really low pitch to a high pitch.

After that my heart started racing as usual, I tried to WILD for a bit longer but no luck so I just went to sleep.

I have trouble keeping my eyes closed while trying to WILD, it may seem silly but it's an effort to keep them closed because the muscles that pull my eyelids down actually start to ache after a while. I'm not sure if it's because I'm using the muscles in a slightly different way. Maybe it's happening because I want to keep them closed as opposed to just closing them automatically for sleeping.

EDIT: I'm getting better at recalling my dreams too. I had two different dreams last night. One of which I forgot because I didn't get up and write it down.
I've bought some of that Calea Zacatechichi off the internet and am going to try smoking it to see if it really is the "dream herb".

When your eyes start to flicker, don't try to force them to shut, I'm just saying while working up to it don't allow yourself to look at the ceiling or open them up to that point. I havn't personally gotten into a WILD yet so the only advice I can give you is to try and get to the next stage as quickly as possible

Sounds to me like you're well on the way to achieving a WILD pretty soon. Have you read the tutorial?
Oh, and by the way, i'm not sure messing with herbs is such a good idea...
I tried something called 'Night time milk' the other day, it's got melatonin in...never again! I spent all night talking and pacing round the room!
I think the best thing to do is just keep trying, but don't try too hard!
