Just give it another go sometimes and try your best to ignore any excitement or anything, I think it's recommended to focus on your breathing cause that's the one thing that you can control and not break out of sleep paralysis. |

Ok, i'm keeping a dream diary and doing reality checks now. Last night I tried to WILD 3 times. First time when I was going to bed at around 11pm, second time I tried when woke up at around 3am, I then tried again at about 6am after I woke. |

When your eyes start to flicker, don't try to force them to shut, I'm just saying while working up to it don't allow yourself to look at the ceiling or open them up to that point. I havn't personally gotten into a WILD yet so the only advice I can give you is to try and get to the next stage as quickly as possible |
