Wataru, firstly, your English is very good. I admire people who are bilingual. Sometimes it's hard to read some people's posts because of all the abbreviations or computer slang that's commonly used in forums like this.

Anyway, have you ever talked to a close friend or relative about these flashbacks you get? Sometimes just talking about it to someone helps lighten the burden it has on you. You can always PM members that you trust and talk about it, too. Most people on the DV forums are glad to help.

If you have talked about it to other people before, and still experience them, my advice would be to do some relaxation exercises before falling asleep. Sometimes clearing your mind of all thought will yield better dreams. Dwelling on everyday thoughts or fears about what you'll dream about may encourage those dreams to manifest. Do some deep breathing exercises and try to completely clear your mind - concentrate on keeping your mind absolutely clear before falling asleep.

As someone else said, nightmares and flashbacks can be easily controlled when you are lucid dreaming (because you'll know nothing can hurt you because you're asleep), but I understand you may not be to that stage yet, so while you're working on it, you can try the relaxation exercises in the meantime.

Then in 2 weeks time, if you're still interested, I'm sure someone will be happy to adopt you and work with you more one on one.

Good Luck and Good Dreams!
