I had my first 100% lucid dream

I woke up around six and and then tried to go back to sleep. I started to think about lucid dream and I remember taling myself not to be scared about sp. Than I started to focus on my breathing. The next part I'm not sure what happened. I had my hand to my face and I remember hearing music. I did a RC and it failed. At the news of this I got out of bed and looked around. The room was the same, but I left the room anyway to see if I was really dreaming. I went to the backyard and tried to fly and it worked. The whole dream I knew I was having a dream and most of the dream I explored the dream world (which was made up of my town). During the dream I did RCs to keep my self lucid ( and it was fun to see what would happen). What should I do to keep this up?

      Great start, man. Congratulations.

I think the most important thing is to be able to keep reminding yourself that you're dreaming as you're walking (or flying) around and exploring things. The more you repeat that to yourself, the easier (usually) it is not to get sucked into things that are going on around you and mistake them for real life, which would probably rob you of your lucidity.

One thing I do is just before doing something "dream-ish" I'll say "I'm dreaming" 3x real quick, as a reasurance. This usually gives me a quick rush of more clarity and control and has helped some of my lucids last for much longer.

Ya, I think that the dream ended when I got to involved with the people in my dream.
