Honestly, at your age, my best advice to you would be to give it some old fashioned practice for a little while. LDing may not come easy for everyone, but I think it is much better to get a little experience under your belt before you try anything else. That isn't to say that I think any of the above are bad for you, but I always feel it best to try things on your own steam for a while, ya know?
That said, if you really want to try them out, I'd probably recommend the b-6/melatonin combination. If you aren't a smoker, it probably wouldn't be great for you to start smoking Calea, just yet, at least, because you have to smoke a pretty good amount for it to have any effect. As far as turning the Calea into tea, I haven't tried it yet, but I hear the taste is probably something you can do without, and I'm sure your mom would wonder just what you were doing boiling plants in the kitchen. 
But yeah, bottom line I think, would be to give it some practice for a while. Get used to training your recall and awareness the old fashioned way. Gotta be patient, you know? Other than that, B6/melatonin is pretty good, just don't start using them every day.
