      Cela Z or b6? Or melonnin? Or b6/melonminor blue lotus?

      Hey, im new here and i have A Question..people say b6 and melinon (however its spelled) rocks, and they say that together they make dreams alot better, and you have a higher chance of Recall,and lucidness. I want peoples opinions that are either expericanced with any one of these or all :-) Please...
      Cela Z or blue lotus can be smoked/ drunk/ eaten and they are suposed to help alot...
      But b6 and melonin are supposed to help alot too...
      I am thinking about trying one...(im 15 years old, im not a smoker or a idiot..but i am willing to tok up sum celea for a lucid dream lol. ) So please can anyone tell me wich is better...see being 15 years old besides the whole --hiding everything from parents thing lol im broke...no job...so i cant really just buy everything and find out wich is best...Also i have had no lucid dreams yet (its only been 3nights sense i ever herd of LD-ing though) So i wouldnt be abel to tell wich made my dreams better bcuz iv never had any natural ones lol. thanks for your answer :-)

      Honestly, at your age, my best advice to you would be to give it some old fashioned practice for a little while. LDing may not come easy for everyone, but I think it is much better to get a little experience under your belt before you try anything else. That isn't to say that I think any of the above are bad for you, but I always feel it best to try things on your own steam for a while, ya know?
      That said, if you really want to try them out, I'd probably recommend the b-6/melatonin combination. If you aren't a smoker, it probably wouldn't be great for you to start smoking Calea, just yet, at least, because you have to smoke a pretty good amount for it to have any effect. As far as turning the Calea into tea, I haven't tried it yet, but I hear the taste is probably something you can do without, and I'm sure your mom would wonder just what you were doing boiling plants in the kitchen.
      But yeah, bottom line I think, would be to give it some practice for a while. Get used to training your recall and awareness the old fashioned way. Gotta be patient, you know? Other than that, B6/melatonin is pretty good, just don't start using them every day.

      That way you'll know that you don't have to rely on a supplement to have LD's in the future. Remember if you need any more help while you're practicing, allz you gotta do is ask around.
