      Hi. I'm Geron.

So...My name is Geron. I've always had extremely vivid dreams, but only record them from time to time. There are a few that I've had through out my life that I still remember as if they had just happened. Most, despite how detailed my memories of them are, seem silly and random, so I usually don't bother to write them down.(Though I'm becoming more rigid about that sort of thing as of late.)
I don't have much experience with lucid dreaming. Only recently (prior to finding this site) have I had dreams where I realize that I'm not awake. Instantly afterwards I'm awake.
For the past few days, though, I've been having dreams that are all linked togethor. There aren't any big gaps or things that don't really fit into the context of the dreams themselves, and it all seems to be flowing in a sort of progressive manner.
I remember from my psychology class that the story lines in dreams are a means of making sense of completely random thoughts, and that storylines mostly occur in nightmares.
But these aren't nightmares, and it doesn't seem random at all. I'm talking to what appear to be ghosts, and they're teaching me things, and as silly as it sounds when I'm awake, they said that I can change dimensions when I'm dreaming.
I've always held fast to an open mind though, so I'm hoping that from learning to be a lucid dreamer I can find something more than whats written in psychology textbooks.

Welcome to dream views And cool that you already have vivid dreams, and should write dreams down somewhere, I have had vivid dreams which I don't write down, and then forget later and all I whould remember is me saying wow that dream was vivid

I know im not very EXP but yes i have to second the writing dreams (Dream journal) I wrote down my dream form lastnight right after wakeing up from the dream, then after about 5minutes i remembered two others..Luckily i wrote them down bcuz later in the day i completlty forgot what happened in them. But when you read them it gets fresh in your mind :-) and then dream signs can be found.

Ya. I've been working on recording them more often. I went out and bought a notebook to keep right next to my bed, so when I actually get around to sleeping I'll be able to write it down.
I can't wait to start lucid dreaming. In fact, I was so excited about it last night that I ended up not sleeping at all. I suppose thats a bit counterintuitive to what I'm trying to accomplish here, but I really just couldn't sleep.

I find dream journals keep a thourough recount of dreams, and even thoughts that had occured to you in the dreams. Always write down everything that happens, no matter how questionable, so then your whole mind is cleared to recall the dreams. Also look for patterns in your dreams to indentify dreamsigns
