Hi everyone!

Well, this is actually a bit of an anniversary for me, since it's one year and a couple of days since a friend of mine first told me about Lucid Dreaming, and I discovered this site and a few others by searching the internet.

I had my first ever lucid dream on my first try that very night; suffice to say that was enough to get me hooked. Now I typically average around 8 or so lucid dreams a month, although it's rare for me not to be able to become lucid any night I really determine that I want to. WILD's are my typical way to become lucid because, to not put to fine a point on it, they rule.

Dream control however has always been a little trickier for me. Controlling and moving myself around never proved a problem, it was always doing things that would be impossible in the real world which I struggled with. (That wall is a dream wall, I should be able to walk through it. *Whump*)

Then earlier this week I had easily the experience of a lifetime when I finally managed to move from 'I'm in this dream, I can control myself and move around as I like' into 'I'm in a dream. I can control everything'. Everything just seemed to finally click into place, the dream lasted around 15-20 minutes, and total control was effortless. I managed to fly for the first time. I was leaping around the dream over buildings and the like like some sort of demented flea. Walking through walls was easy, morphing objects, people around me and even myself was simple. Etc. Etc. You get the idea, I could go on for quite a while because I'm still not over it. I proceeded to scribble down pages full of what happened. I've had two more lucid dreams since then, and while I have had much better control than I used to, it's not been anything like that one. Therefore I figured it's time to experiment and gain better control So I'm here to pick up a few more tips and tricks, and hopefully pass on some of the things I've learned.

Well that's pretty much my dreaming experience. Anything else? Erm, I go Ballroom and Latin dancing. Ice Skating rules. Linux geek here. MotoGP is the only motor sport. I'm usually to be found pencil in hand behind a sketchbook. Left-handed pride. Dogs are the greatest animal ever invented. Green is my favourite colour. Anything else you want to know? I'm very quiet in real life but if you put me in front of a computer talking about something that interests me I'm just liable to go on and on and...

Finally thanks for creating such a great resource, it was a great help to me when I was first starting, and hopefully look forward to getting to know some of you!
