Thread: realizations of a newbie (of course quesitons)

Ok, so as i have been reading through different threads and posts i started thinking back to dreams or wierd circumstances that i have experienced while sleeping. I remember distinctly two times where i felt an incredible rush of some sort of energy through my body flowing from head to toes and i couldn't move while this was happening, i had no idea what it was and it was quiet "scary" i guess and i had to physically tell my self to get out of it inorder to fully wake up and be able to move, one was when i was asleep or i was trying to sleep and i opened my eyes and remembererd seeing some sort of shadowy figure and it jumped into me this is when the feelings of the energy started, the other time i don't remember the circumestances as to why it happened. I bring up the shadowy figure because i was reading through some posts about SP and another member said he had seen some sort of shadowy figure before he entered SP and am wondering if this is what i was experiencing.
I know i had initally said i didn't remember any specific times realizing i was dreaming but as i started thinking about SP and i remember a few times when i did in fact realize i was dreaming and for some reason i was set on waking my self up and in my dream i was telling myself to get up and i couldn't, i remember physically strugling to try and open my eyes or move my limbs and i couldn't do it no matter how hard i tried i was just paralized. I finially just had to literally jump out of bed in order to move but it took quiet some time. Im also wondering if these would be considered effects of SP? I had forgoten completely about these events untill i started reading some of these other posts and remembered them, if these are what they are it sure would make a lot more sense for at the time they happened they were quiet confusing to me. Thanks for any info guys i really appreciate it.
