I'm so new to all of this and the techniques! I'm excited to learn.

I'm tempted to start out with the "Lucid Dreaming in 30 Days" book or whatever it's called. I tried some techniques I found on this site last night, and whatever I did really helped with dream recall.

I suppose in two weeks I'll be looking to get "adopted" Any suggestions on a guardian who may have similar interests (Shamanism, quantum and string theory, transcendence, ancient symbolism, etc?)
