You should try dream incubation. It's when you visualize your choice of dream (scenario, characters, actions, everything) before going to sleep. Concentrate on the visualization - make it as real as possible. Note how the dream makes you feel and pay attention to details. Many people have been able to create their own dream scenarios through dream incubation. It's kinda the same concept if you watch a movie before bed, go to bed thinking about it, and end up dreaming about it. |
