      New to the biz

      hey guys im nick. I had a false awakaning last night and it was freaky cuz i tried to move and couldnt but this alien figure was like mumbling at me and got mad when i tried to move. lol, ive had a little success with LD's in the past, but my dream recal has hit a trough, but its been picking up since about a month ago.

      so ugh, hi and i hope to see more of you guys! (just not in my dreams)

      Sounds like you experienced Sleep Paralysis, and possibly a little bit of the "Old Hag" syndrome. Kinda freaky if it's never happened to you before, but nothing to worry about -- in fact things like that can lead to lucid dreams quite often if you know what's going on.

      okie-dokey guys. and yeah, i got my journal up and runnin. i read the ENTIRE thing from intro-to closing. im going to do my best to not try and achieve LD's before my recall rate goes up (like the thing said). but once i get into a LD...ill try not to blow everyone up..especially not my family, friends and oh yeah...you guys!
