Yep, B6 has been pretty much a basic supplement which could help enhance your recall (and dream vividness). B6 is needed in for the production of neurotransmitters (serotonin and dopamine).

While we don't advocate nor endorse the use of any drugs or supplements here on the site, I use B6 and B-Complex personally and have noticed some differences. If you're a young fit dude you may not need as much - in my opinion I think anywhere between 50-100mg is a safe place to start. I've read that it becomes toxic at 2000mg, but I wouldn't recommend going anywhere beyond 500mg.

Definitely read up on it either here (serach button above) or internet to learn specifics. As always, it's best to run any sort of new supplement or drug intake by your physician first.
