Welcome! do what nesgirl119 says and use a DJ. It is best if you write your dreams, or at least keywords to remind you in the middle of the night, it is reliable. I plan on doing that instead of remembering what I remember and writing it later as it hasn't worked well at all for me as I forget to write half the time and forget the dream. Also do reality checks as they pass on into the dream world after a while (this hasn't happened to me as I am having trouble remebering to do them). Just try hard and have fun (and don't try too hard, it's just as bad as doing nothing). 8) |
