      New person

I feel like I'm like the 4,000th person to say this, but I'm new. I just started working on dream recall a few weeks ago and I seem to be progressing. I'm ready to learn and I have a lot of time and long nights, while I'm out of school this summer. Thanks in advance for any help.

Hey there and welcome to the forum!!

Are you keeping a Dream Journal? It really helps to keep one, because it boosts recall.

      HI MCM1013!!!!!!!!!!!!1
It does not matter if your were the four millionth member to say this.
This is the beginning of the entire concept of lucid dreaming.
To be able to talk to like minded people in relevance to the subject is irreplaceable to me.
Reading the Tutorial is great for gathering info. But interaction with members is priceless.

I am keeping a dream journal. I usually wake up once during the night and write down my dreams and then write them down again when I wake up, which is at about 7:00am. By the way, I don't think I've ever been greeted quite like this on any other forum I've posted on. I just makes me want to come back more, when the people you are dealing with are extremely nice and helpful.

Well I hope you come back with some lucid dream stories.
Either way you are on the right path by continuing a journal. It does help recall!

U say your dream involves death... now it is important to know who dies in the dream- you or someone else, why? because I heard many people who dreamt they died, never die in real life. It is more like your body is telling you to live a healthier life then u do now...
(start eating better food ,some supplements, fitness and u'l get there). As for other people it could be more serious... I suggest te following:visualize that person connected to god being one with god and all that is.
